Cradling the Future Generation of Hoosiers
Many babies in Indiana die before their first birthday, and the risk is higher for Black infants. IU Health Foundation donors have the opportunity to lower that risk by giving to the Racial Equity in Healthcare Fund, which supports Cradle Indianapolis, a program that addresses preconception health, pregnancy health and infant health, as well as issues such as smoking during pregnancy, sleep-related deaths and pre-term births.
