Program Draws Nurses From Around the Globe to Ease Caregiver Shortage
A philanthropy-funded program helps address Indiana's nursing shortage and enhance staff diversity by drawing nurses from around the world to IU Health Methodist Hospital. Hoping to keep the nurses as permanent IU Health employees after their contracts end, the program works through IU Health’s International Nursing Program, which launched in 2019.
